Output tiers · Core, Studio, Premiere

Same lecture.
Three ways to shoot it.

Every tier gives your lecture the same number of pictures, the same diagrams, the same captions and the same full length. What changes is what appears in the moments your lecturer points at the world.

What a film is made of

What a cutaway costs is not what it's worth.

A twenty-minute lecture carries around eighty cutaways: the moments the film leaves the lecturer to show the thing being described. They come from four places.

About half are drawn animations: flow diagrams, cycles, timelines, matrices and proportion bars, built from the structure of what was said. They are the part of the film that actually teaches, and every tier gets them in full. That is why the entry tier is not a thinner film.

Three tiers

Pick by what the course has to do.

Not by what you can afford to lose. Priced per 20-minute lecture and charged by the minute, so a 45-minute lecture costs what 45 minutes should. Features marked Soon are in development and not yet in delivered films.

Core

For the whole catalogue

$6per 20-min lecture

$0.30 per finished minute

Diagram-led. Every concept is drawn; everything physical is real photography. Nothing is generated except where neither will do.

  • Full drawn-animation density, the same as every tier
  • Real photography for people, places and objects
  • Captions, transcript, chapters, cards and your logo

Best when you have four hundred lectures and a budget built for forty.

Studio

The default

$12per 20-min lecture

$0.60 per finished minute

Everything in Core, plus imagery generated for your exact sentence, and short generated footage where the lecture describes something in motion.

  • Imagery composed for this lecture, not searched for
  • Generated footage where something moves
  • Key-term callouts, glossary and chapter checkpoints Soon

Best when a course has to look like the institution stands behind it.

Premiere

For the courses that sell the programme

$20per 20-min lecture

$1.00 per finished minute

Footage where the others show a photograph, and the welcome, objectives and takeaways read in your lecturer's own voice.

  • Four times the generated footage of Studio, at 1080p
  • Your lecturer's own voice on every card Soon
  • A human check before delivery
  • Vertical cutdown for social and a language dub Soon

Best for the flagship module, the open day, the course you lead with.

Picture counts are each tier's target mix: 3.8 to 4.3 cutaways a minute depending on tier. The engine never forces a cutaway onto a line that cannot carry one, so a lecture with fewer picture-worthy moments gets fewer (a typical lecture lands between 2 and 4 a minute). Prices in US dollars; other currencies on the pricing page.

In every tier, without exception

These are not upgrades.

A cheaper film is differently shot, never less careful.

Accuracy

Your lecturer's own words

The script is aligned to the recording, and the captions follow what was actually said, not a paraphrase.

Sync

Lip sync within one frame

Measured on every film before it ships. A film more than one frame out does not get delivered.

Format

1080p, full length

No tier is cropped, shortened or downscaled. The whole lecture, at full resolution.

Access

Captions, transcript, chapters

Burned-in captions plus SRT and VTT files, a full transcript, and chapter markers ready to paste.

Materials

The slide deck as a PDF Soon

The film is built from a real deck, so you get the deck too, for handouts, revision and the LMS.

Integrity

No invented institutions

Real companies, universities and public figures are never generated. Where a lecture names one, the film draws the idea instead of fabricating the thing.

Soon marks a feature in development, not yet in delivered films. Priced per minute of finished video, not per lecture: a forty-five minute lecture is twice the film of a twenty-two minute one, and should not cost the same.

A lecture does not become clearer because something expensive happened on screen. It becomes clearer when the idea is drawn.

That is why the diagrams are in every tier and always will be. Generated imagery earns its place in the moments a lecture stops describing a structure and starts describing the world: a workshop floor, a harvest, a queue at a counter. Those moments are worth paying for. The rest of the lecture is worth drawing.

Start anywhere. A course can move up a tier for its flagship module and stay on Core for the rest, because the films are built the same way and sit together without a seam.
